Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role with more flexibility and variety?
The Property Associates is seeking an organised, tech-savvy Holiday Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of premium Airbnb and short-term holiday accommodation across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
This is a hands-on role that combines guest experience, owner communication, property inspections and operational management.
Every day is different, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and delivering exceptional service.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of holiday properties, including:Managing guest communications before, during and after each stayCoordinating cleaners, trades and maintenanceConducting property inspections and quality assurance checksWorking with dynamic pricing and booking systemsLiaising with property owners and providing exceptional customer serviceManaging online booking platforms and responding promptly to enquiriesEnsuring properties are presented to the highest standardHandling occasional after-hours issues as required




What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous Property Management experience (essential)Robust organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesHigh attention to detailConfidence using technology and learning new softwareExperience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)A proactive attitude with the ability to work independentlyA current driver's licence and good driving record

Working HoursThis role offers flexibility, however availability is required Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional availability outside normal hours to assist guests where necessary.
