This role offers afixed rosterwith established clients, providing consistency and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a positive difference in people's lives.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and within the community.
Duties may include:
Personal care assistance
In-home care and domestic support
Community access and social outings
Transport to appointments and activities
Supporting clients to achieve their individual goals
Promoting independence, dignity and choice
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid Certificate




Current CPR Certificate
Valid Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
