About the Role
We are seeking a friendly reliable and adaptable Dental Assistant-Receptionist to join our team in a casual dual-role position.
This role is based primarily at ourGrange clinic working Mondays and Saturdayswith the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at our Elizabeth location.
Saturday shifts are currently half-day appointments while our patient base at the Grange location continues to grow with the expectation that these hours will increase over time to a full day.
As this is a true dual-role position you will be confident and willing to work across both reception and chairside dental assisting duties.
Key Responsibilities
Chairside dental assisting across a variety of procedures
Sterilisation and infection control




Welcoming and assisting patients
Managing appointments and recalls
Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the practice
About You
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist
Comfortable working in a dual-role position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and a caring attitude
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Reliable, proactive and a genuine team player
Experience with dental practice software is an advantage
