Key Responsibilities:
Safely rig and move loads of various sizes and weights using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment.
Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections of rigging gear and equipment.
Collaborate with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
Interpret and follow lifting plans, load charts, and other relevant documentation.
Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and standards set by industry guidelines.
Maintain rigging equipment in good working condition and report any defects or issues.
Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Basic /Intermediate/Advanced Rigging levels &/ or CN/C1/CO certification.
Proven experience as a Rigger/Operator, preferably in a Mining or heavy manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret load charts, lifting plans, and other technical documents.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Solid commitment to workplace safety.
Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions.
Ability to pass random D & A testing
HR License essential MC license held in high regard

Local and FIFO shift options
Pay:$***** – $***** per hour depending on ticket level and experience
Schedule:
8 - 12 hour shifts
Monday to Sunday
Rostered Days off

HRWL, EWP ticket, White Card, WAH Card, Forklift, HR Licence
