An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced clinician to take on the role of Clinical Director / Lead Dentist at one of Western Australia's leading regional dental practices, based in Bunbury.Built on more than four decades of reputation in the South West, the practice combines an established patient base with a modern, fully digital clinical environment, including an in-house digital laboratory.
You'll work closely with an experienced practice management team, giving you the support to focus on clinical leadership rather than administration.

About You
You are an experienced general dentist ready to step into a leadership role, with demonstrated experience mentoring or managing clinicians.
You bring strong communication skills, sound business acumen and a team-oriented leadership style, alongside a genuine commitment to ethical, patient-centred dentistry.
Previous experience leading a team or managing a multi-dentist practice will be highly regarded, as will a passion for developing the clinical skills of colleagues around you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership to a large team of dentists, including specialist services
Mentor and support the development of junior and mid-career clinicians
Maintain the highest standards of patient care across the practice
