About the Role
As a Permanent Support Worker or Senior Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals living with a disability.
Because we specialize in complex care, your role will go beyond standard support.
You will be directly empowering participants to achieve autonomy at home and in the community.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Providing tailored personal care and facilitating daily living tasks.
Driving community access, social engagement, and goal progression.
Administering medication safely and accurately.
Implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks to manage complex needs.
Delivering empathetic emotional and wellbeing support.

About You
We are looking for dedicated professionals who thrive in complex environments and understand the value of long-term relationship building.
Essential Criteria:
The Right Heart:A naturally compassionate, empathetic, and patient nature with excellent communication skills.
Specialized Experience:Proven experience working with young people experiencing complex trauma and/or navigating out-of-home care systems.
PBS Knowledge:A solid foundational understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks.
Logistics & Safety:A current Australian driver's license, a reliable insured vehicle, and current First Aid & CPR qualifications.
Qualifications:Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Compliance:A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Admin Savvy:Basic digital literacy to document accurate, high-quality shift notes and incident reports.
Desirable Criteria:
Current Mental Health First Aid certification.
Diabetes management training and practical experience.
Formal Qualifications or advanced training in Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP).
