The Role
We're seeking a motivatedBusiness Development Managerto drive market growth, where you will identify and implement targeted business development activities.
The role includes lead generation, client engagement, sales activities and close collaboration with internal teams.
You will also be involved in coordinating sales visits, site inspections and promotional activities, supporting clients through the bid process, and representing Business Events Adelaide at trade shows and industry events.
You'll also maintain accurate CRM records, manage projects within budget, and provide tailored support to selected members to strengthen engagement and outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
Demonstrated experience in sales or business development and an understanding of the broader commercial environment in which Business Events Adelaide operates
Strong communication interpersonal and relationship‐building skills
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach
Ability to manage priorities and report on activity
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Solid computer skills and tertiary qualifications
Existing business networks (desirable)
