About the Role
Foodbank SA & NT is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced candidate for the permanent, full time role of Inventory Officer .
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your inventory, administration and coordination skills to friendly, diverse and purpose-driven team, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.
Reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain, the Inventory Officer will:
Enter stock received into the inventory management system
Raise and send purchase orders to suppliers
Generate and issue invoices Track orders and investigate problems.
Manage stock returns and process stock adjustments
Act as primary point of contact for Agencies in relation to invoices and orders.
Set product pricing in line with the Pricing Policy
Record equipment movements with internal and external stakeholders
List and delist products and record pallet locations
Undertake general administrative tasks and updates.
This is a full time opportunity.
Rostered hours will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

About You
As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience in inventory and database or warehouse administration.
You will be a practical and detail-orientated person with strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
You will enjoy working closely within a diverse and friendly team.
A commitment to Foodbank SA & NT's mission and community service are important.
A current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain it, is essential.
