Services:Waxing (brows, body, female Brazilian), tinting, spray tanning, makeup.
The Role
You'll run the Elanora salon day-to-day: you'll have real autonomy to lead, backed by proper support when you need it.

Pay & Hours
Employment type:Casual, with your choice offull-time or part-time hours
Casual rates:$*****/hr Mon–Fri, $*****/hr Sat, $*****/hr Sun
Plus up to an extra$4/hr in performance-based bonus loading
Plus up to an extra$600/month in bonus incentives
A permanent role can be made available after a qualifying period, if preferred
38 hours/week available
Location: The Pines Shopping Centre, Elanora
What You'll Bring
Certificate III (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
Experience as a Salon Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Beauty Therapist
A genuine standard for client experience, and the leadership presence to hold your team to it

Rostering, stock, salon flow, and standards
Client experience and protecting the WAXD standard
Hitting and exceeding performance targets
