Pay: AU$85,000 – AU$115,000 per year + super + company car + performance incentives

About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Sales Representative / Business Development Manager covering the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
This role suits someone who knows automotive parts and enjoys working directly with workshops, resellers and trade businesses.
You will own your territory, manage your own customer base, quote confidently and keep clean follow-up activity in our CRM.
We have rolled out our new ASV Partner Portal (B2B) and internal sales portal, so you will be fully self-sufficient: quoting, processing orders and checking stock on the spot, without waiting on head office.
You will also train and onboard your customers onto the Partner Portal so they can order from us 24/7.
If you have European parts knowledge, dealership parts experience or aftermarket trade sales experience, this is a genuine territory-ownership role with real rewards for performance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and manage trade customer relationships across the Gold Coast region
- Promote European parts, lubricants and related product lines
- Visit workshops regularly and turn opportunities into sales
- Quote and process orders yourself through our sales portal
- Train and onboard customers onto the ASV Partner Portal (B2B)




- Respond to enquiries with fitment guidance, product knowledge and availability
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, quotes, follow-ups and reporting
- Open new trade accounts to grow your territory
- Support customer satisfaction and after-sales service
What We Are Looking For
- Automotive parts knowledge, or proven ability to relate to workshop needs
- Computer savvy: confident learning and using online portals, CRM platforms and quoting tools
- Experience in automotive trade, sales, customer service or parts retailing
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset, comfortable showing customers how to use online systems
- Self-driven, reliable and organised with follow-up discipline
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel across the Gold Coast region during business hours
