HCA has partnered with a large, not-for-profit aged care facility in Adelaide's western suburbs, home to over 120 beds and a dedicated team committed to delivering quality care.
The organisation is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Working Thursday to Monday with rostered days off on Tuesday and Wednesday, this role offers a base salary of $130,000 plus superannuation, with salary sacrifice options available to support your financial wellbeing.
Coordinate clinical care across a 120+ bed aged care facility in a supportive, not-for-profit setting

Preferred Requirements
Experience in aged care coordination or clinical support roles within a residential aged care setting




Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across clinical and administrative teams
Comfortable working a Thursday to Monday roster, including weekends
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing care needs
Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance requirements, and quality frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Qualification in nursing with AHPRA registration
Experience with aged care management systems or electronic health records
Excellent experience with Aged Care Quality Standards
Strong team-oriented leadership skills
