Our client, a leading sheet metal manufacturer based in Bells Creek in the sunshine coast, is looking for an experienced Customer service/Admin person to join their exciting and dynamic team!
An Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required to be considered for this position
What will you do?
Answer customer queries through phone calls and emails.
Process orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website)
Manage customer back orders
Work closely with warehouse, production and sales team
What do you need?
Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sphere is preferred
Desire to acquire new skills and understand business functions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
