About the Role As the Clinical Director, you'll play a key role in both clinical leadership and service delivery.
You'll mentor and support clinicians, uphold high clinical standards, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice while maintaining your own clinical caseload.Key responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to the psychology team.
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, includingASD,



ADHD and psychoeducational assessments.
Maintain a high standard of evidence-based clinical practice.
Support the professional development of clinicians through supervision and guidance.
Contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the practice.
Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Registration as aClinical Psychologistwith AHPRA.
Board-approved supervisor status.
Demonstrated experience working within private practice.
Extensive experience completing ASD, ADHD and psychoeducational assessments.
Previous leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience (highly regarded).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting clinicians and driving clinical excellence.
A motivated, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
