About the Role
As Project Manager, you'll take a leading role in deliveringFlowe Bowden, working alongside an experienced and well-resourced project team.
This is an opportunity to lead a technically complex project incorporating:
Large-scale Mass Timber (CLT) construction
Mixed-use residential and commercial development
High-profile stakeholder engagement
Innovative construction methodologies
Significant public profile within the South Australian construction industry
You'll have the autonomy to lead your team while receiving ongoing support from the Directors and senior leadership.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading people, solving complex construction challenges and building strong client relationships.
Ideally you'll have:
Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or similar
Minimum 7 years' experience delivering commercial construction projects valued above $30 million
Demonstrated experience delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget
Strong leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring project teams
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen including contract administration and risk management
Experience administering Australian Standard construction contracts
Strong programming capability using Microsoft Project or P6
Thorough understanding of the NCC, WHS legislation and Security of Payment legislation
Experience with Procore, EstimateOne and HammerTech (advantageous)
