Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing private practice supporting children and families near Armadale and the surrounding areas.
Offering a predominantly clinic-based role with minimal community travel, this position provides flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to step into a leadership role.
With a focus on early childhood intervention and neurodivergent-affirming care, the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping both their own career and the direction of the service.

What's on Offer
Salary range up to $110,000 + Super
Flexible work arrangements with autonomy over schedule
Predominantly clinic-based caseload with all travel kept within 30 minutes
Extensive therapy resources provided, including a work phone
PD budget ($**** for full-time), birthday leave and two additional wellness days
About the PracticeDirector involved within the clinical space, team values and culture prioritised, allied health provider with strong values and early childhood expertise
Caseload split of 70% clinic and 30% community, focusing on children aged 0–8
Common presentations include autism, ADHD, developmental delays, anxiety, and trauma




Supervision and mentoring provided by the director, supporting an Allied Health practitioner at a university studying Occupational Therapy
Located in a shared multidisciplinary space, fostering collaboration and community

Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
Clinical experience with paediatric clients
Drive and a valid license
