Key Requirements:




Minimum 2 years' experience in site management of high end architectural residential projects.
The ability to manage up to 5 architecturally designed projects at any one time.
Have an organised and structured approach to general construction and site management.
A commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
A passion for architectural excellence and innovative design.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction preferred.
Trade certificate preferred.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
