Replenish Counselling and Training is a bespoke clinic in the heart of Wollongong, where mental health and relationship support meet heart and soul.
We're looking for an experiencedPsychologist or Counsellorto join our tribe.
Please notes this is a part time role or contractor, with the scope for more days/hours, paid prorated.

What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality individual and/or couples counselling (optional) with a focus on relationship issues, anxiety, depression and trauma processing.
Conducting case assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care
Maintaining client records and reports (as needed) in accordance with professional standards
Participating in regular supervision.
Consistent referral stream from local services,



companies and other mental health services
What we're looking for
Essential criteria:A degree in eitherPsychology withcurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
ORaDegree in Social Work or Counsellingwith registration with ACA level 3+ or Clinical with PACFA or AASW.
- At this stage we won't be taking on anyone without that.
Experience providing evidence-based treatment and/or relationship counselling interventions
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with a focus on rapport-building and empathetic client care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development.
It would be a bonusif you work from modalities like IFS, Emotional Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy, Attachment, EMDR, Brainspotting or the like.
Or a willingness to complete PD in this area.
