Capital Veneering is seeking an experiencedCabinet Maker / Kitchen Fabricatorto join our team delivering high-quality joinery.
This role is focused on precision manufacturing, assembly, and hardware fit-off, with strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Safely use hand tools and static machinery to manufacture joinery
Assemble cabinetry, and joinery items to a high standard
Install hardware to joinery items (handles, hinges, pull-out systems, bins, etc.)
Mark out, cut, and shape joinery components accurately
Ensure all joinery is complete, finished, and ready for delivery to site
Liaise with the Workshop Manager, Project Manager, and internal team to confirm project requirements and specifications
Adhere to WHS requirements and company policies and procedures and external.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area; secure tools at end of shift
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment
Follow checklists, delivery lists, and other QA systems




Support and train apprentices/trainees as required.
Actively contribute to the success of the team.
About You
4+ yearsindustry experience in cabinet making/joinery
Solid workmanship, pride in quality, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effectively.
Reliable, organised, and able to meet production deadlines
Strong time management and ability to multitask
Proactive mindset—identifies issues early and supports continuous improvement
Physically capable of manual handling tasks as required
Qualifications & Licences
MSF***** Cert III in Cabinet Making(or equivalent)
White Card(CPCWHS****)
Asbestos Awareness******NAT / *****NAT)
Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention******NAT)
Class C Driver's Licence(manual preferred)
