? About the Role
As a Pool Lifeguard, you will:
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons
Maintain vigilant supervision across aquatic facilities
Identify and respond to potential risks




Respond confidently to first aid situations and emergencies
Maintain physical fitness required for the role
Inspect facilities and report hazards
Educate patrons on the Keep Watch Policy
Maintain a clean, safe aquatic environment
Support daily pool operations and water quality checks
Enforce facility rules and safety policies
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Contribute to a positive, welcoming workplace for the community
Carry out general duties as required
Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Australia)
CPR Certificate
First Aid Certificate
Working with Children Blue Card




At least 12 months experience
Applicants must have Australian work rights and reliable transport.
On‐site or nearby accommodation is provided at specific facilities.
