Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and qualified Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail team at Ramsay Pharmacy - Gympie Marketplace.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy management, including staff supervision, inventory control and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to make decisive decisions while maintaining a supportive team environment.
Supervise and mentor retail team members ensuring high performance standards and professional developmentMaintain accurate inventory management and stock control systems, ensuring optimal product availability and minimising wasteProvide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
About You
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience in a retail settingProficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and pharmacy management softwareDemonstrated ability to supervise, train, and motivate team membersExcellent organisational and time management skillsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Remuneration
$70 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
