Key Responsibilities:
Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performance
Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPI's
Ensures a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and exceptional customer experience
Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding results
Lead,



coach and develop the retail sales team to achieve targets and build a high-performing team

Who are we looking for?
With astrong retail background, commercial acumen and passion for customer service, you are someone who thrives in a team environment and knows how to bring out the best in people.
You bring energy, resilience and a hands-on approach to everything you do - and you are ready to take the next step into retail leadership!
5+ years retail management experience
Your drive and innate passion about providing a customer experience that is second to none
A reputation for your team-oriented and approachable style and ability to deliver the results
Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams
Ability to manage budgets, drive KPI's, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate effective and compliant rosters
Honesty, integrity, and open communication
A work ethic that is uncompromised, commitment to adding value and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
As we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes.
Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these tasks as part of their daily duties.
