We are seeking a passionate Psychologist to join our Lilydale clinic.
This position is ideal for an early career psychologist who enjoys balancing clinical practice and supporting fellow clinicians.
You will work with the Director and Practice Manager to help shape a positive, ethical and supportive culture while continuing to provide evidence based psychological services to your own caseload.
About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time position (minimum 10hrs per week, increases as caseload grow) based at our Lilydale clinic, providing services face to face and via Telehealth.
We are versatile with days as long as you can provide at least 1 evening of after hours appointments (preferably a Tuesday or Wednesday evening).

Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
* Delivering evidence-based psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions.
* Maintaining your own clinical caseload.
* Supporting the recruitment, onboarding of psychologists.
* Working collaboratively with the Director and Practice Manager to support clinic operations, service delivery and the ongoing growth of JC Assist and its Allied Health department.
* Assisting with referral pathways and developing strong relationships with community organisations, GPs, schools and other healthcare professionals.
* Working collaboratively with participants' existing treating professionals, including Occupational Therapists,



Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Paediatricians, Psychiatrists, Support Coordinators and other Allied Health professionals to support coordinated, holistic care.
* Promoting a psychologically safe, supportive and collaborative workplace culture.
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with AHPRA, Medicare, WorkCover and NDIS requirements.
* Modelling ethical, evidence-based practice and maintaining the highest professional standards.
* Contributing to service development, continuous quality improvement and the future growth of JC Assist and the Allied Health department.
* Working closely with fellow psychologists to support consistent clinical practice, evidence-based decision-making and positive client outcomes through collaborative case consultation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current General or Clinical Psychologist registration with AHPRA.
* Eligibility to provide Medicare-rebated psychological services.
* Experience delivering psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Demonstrated experience working with adults, children, adolescents and families across a broad range of presentations.
* Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.
* A strong understanding of trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred practice.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* The ability to work independently while thriving within a team.
* A commitment to ethical practice, ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Desirable
* Experience working within the NDIS.
* Confidence building positive relationships with participants, families, carers and external stakeholders.
* A collaborative approach to working alongside fellow psychologists, actively participating in peer consultation,



reflective practice and shared clinical discussions to support best practice and high-quality client outcomes.
