? Position Vacant: Handyman / Handywoman
Location: Illawarra | Immediate Start | Casual (2–4 Days/Week)
Fixer Uppers Pty Ltd is expanding and we're on the lookout for reliable, skilled, and down to earth Handymen/women to join our busy team.
We pride ourselves on doing things right the first time, treating every property as if it were our own, and operating with high standards of honesty and accountability.

?️ Who We're Looking For:
Do you enjoy hands-on work and solving problems on the fly?
Are you the type who sees a job that needs doing and just gets it done?
Do you take pride in delivering quality work and leaving things better than you found them?
You'll be completing a wide range of residential maintenance tasks for our highly valued real estate clients across the Illawarra region.
Tasks include:
Basic carpentry (e.g. hanging doors, installing door hardware)
Painting, gyprock and wall patch repairs
Flyscreens, basic tiling, minor fencing
General property clean-ups, rubbish removal, basic gardening & more

Punctual, trustworthy and strong professional accountability.
The ability to work independently,



interpret written instructions accurately, and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.
A strong sense of pride in delivering neat, accurate, and honest results.
A willingness to adapt to new technologies - we work with mobile based work order applications for daily operations.
? What You'll Need:
A reliableute or dual cab– or a vehicle with a trailer
Your ownhand tools and power tools
A willingness to represent Fixer Uppers with integrity on every job
? Hours & Pay:
2–4 days per week (with potential for more)
Ideal for subcontractors, semi-retired tradies, adaptable workers, or those not seeking full time employment
The average work day consists between 5-8hrs - pending on job/s requirement.
