About the Role
You will be working on commercial and residential projects, assisting with the installation and finishing of premium building products.
Your duties may include:
Applying silicone sealants to stone, glass, aluminium and other building materials
Preparing surfaces to achieve high-quality finishes
Assisting installers with general labouring duties
Handling and moving materials safely
Using hand and power tools
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Silicone Applicator,
Construction Labourer, or in a similar hands-on role
Experience applying silicone sealants is highly regarded
Construction White Card (essential)
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual and motivated
Solid attention to detail and ability to work within a team
