We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Customer Service Field Team Member for a client facing, field based role.
You will travel across the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Hunter region, supporting veterinary clinics and pet owners with respectful collection and delivery services during sensitive moments.
This role requires empathy, professionalism, and robust customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and transport pets from veterinary clinics professionally and on time
Conduct home collections with care, empathy, and clear communication
Deliver ashes to clients with dignity and respect
Complete accurate documentation in line with client instructions
Transport clinic supplies (brochures, body bags)




Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of clinic/freezer facilities
Process client payments (cash, cheque, EFTPOS/credit card)
Represent the business professionally at all times
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Minimum 2+ year's customer service / client facing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in emotional situations
Desirable Attributes:
Compassionate, respectful, and empathetic approach
Strong attention to detail and administration accuracy
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
