We are looking for an ambitious and results-drivenBusiness Development & Operation Managerto drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and support the ongoing success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales (Primary Focus)
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and increase revenue.
Generate new participant referrals through networking and relationship building.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Hospitals, Allied Health Professionals, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Case Managers, and community organisations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand Care 24's presence across Australia.
Represent Care 24 at networking events, expos, and community meetings.
Achieve monthly business development and participant acquisition targets.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements for prospective clients.
Operations & Staff Management
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and retain high-quality support workers.
Ensure staff comply with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and participant requirements.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and ongoing professional development.
Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency and service quality.




Build a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, quality, and participant outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum3 years' experience in business development, sales, account management, or operations, preferably within theNDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, or community services sector.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow client portfolios.
Existing relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, hospitals, or community organisations will be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of the NDIS, participant funding, and disability support services.
Proven experience recruiting, training, and managing staff.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Working with Children Check (where applicable).
Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
National Police Check.
Full Australian working rights.
