As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, hands-on and proactiveWarehouse & Fleet Coordinatorto join our operations team on a part-time basis.
Offering approximately ***** hours per week across 2–3 days, this role is ideally suited to someone with a mechanical aptitude who enjoys coordinating vehicle maintenance, keeping equipment in good working order and supporting the smooth operation of a busy warehouse.
A forklift licence is highly regarded, along with a practical, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to support the team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, staying hands-on and taking ownership of the behind-the-scenes activities that keep a business running smoothly.
With a primary focus on coordinating our company fleet, vehicle servicing, repairs and asset management, you'll play an important role in ensuring our technicians have safe, compliant and well-maintained vehicles ready to support daily operations across Perth Metro.
In addition to fleet coordination, you'll support the day-to-day running of our warehouse, equipment and operational assets, helping maintain an organised, safe and efficient working workplace.
You'll Enjoy the Variety of:
Coordinating vehicle servicing,
repairs and maintenance
Managing fleet presentation, compliance and vehicle readiness
Supporting warehouse operations and inventory management
Coordinating equipment, tools and operational assets
Working closely with technicians, supervisors and suppliers
Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace
Skills & Experience
Experience is valued, however we're equally interested in finding someone who takes pride in being organised, proactive and reliable.
This role would suit someone with:
Fleet coordination, vehicle maintenance or asset management experience
Warehouse, logistics or storeperson experience
A trade, mechanical or automotive background
Experience working within construction, maintenance or service-based industries
Understanding of vehicle mechanics
Robust organisational and communication skills
Good computer literacy and attention to detail
A current WA Driver's Licence
Forklift ticket preferred
A positive, team-focused attitude
