We're looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team.

About the Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play an important role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates while building solid relationships with clients and job seekers.
You'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process and gradually take ownership of your own portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract quality candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
Match candidates to suitable temporary and permanent opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our recruitment system.
Support business development activities and identify new opportunities.




Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Work towards individual and team performance goals.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, HR, hospitality, or administration is advantageous but not essential.
