Assist with day-to-day retail operations, including stock management, store procedures, staff rostering, and sales performance.

About You
Proven success in a retail leadership role within a KPI-driven environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within retail.
