Lardners Solicitors, a boutique General Law practice situated inMount Elizaon the Mornington Peninsula, is seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer with5+ years' post-admission experience (PAE)to join our growing practice.
About the Role
This role is ideally suited to a lawyer with strong expertise inWills and Estates planningwho also enjoys and has some experience in working across a broad range of general practice matters.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own files, build strong client relationships and work closely with a supportive and collaborative team.
Leadership opportunities are available to the right candidate to continue to grow and build the Lardners wills and estates team.
Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on estate planning strategies.
Drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Medical Decision Makers and Testamentary Trust Wills.
Preparing complex estate planning documentation tailored to clients' individual circumstances.
Advising on estate administration, probate and letters of administration.
Managing deceased estate matters from commencement to finalisation.
Providing advice across a range of general legal matters, which may include property, commercial, business, succession planning and other areas of general practice.
Conducting client meetings and providing practical,



commercially focused legal advice.
Managing files efficiently while maintaining high qualified standards.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Admitted Australian Legal Practitioner with a minimum of5 years' PAE.
Demonstrated experience in Wills and Estates planning and estate administration.
Preferred experience in General Practice.
Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage matters independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
A client-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
