The Company
Active Crane Hire is a leading tower crane rental Company on the East Coast of Australia with HQ based in Somersby on the Central Coast NSW.
We are now seeking additional yard / transport personnel for our busy operations.
The position on offer is permanent with an immediate start.
About the Role
Primary Daily Duties would include assisting in the loading and unloading of semi trailers, being flat top, extendable and drop deck, Transportation of cranes to and from Sydney, Daily safety checks on trucks and helping with keeping vehicles clean and presentable.
If there are no Transport schedules further Duties will involve General Yard Work to assist in the preparation and maintenance of our Equipment.
The Role has the potential to lead to further career opportunities within our busy Company.
About You
To be successful in this Position you would need to have:
A current HC license and good driving record
RMS Driving history to be provided at 1st Interview
A professional manner and presentation
Ability to restrain loads using chains and straps
Able to work occasionally on weekends and interstate
Are versatile and self motivated with a mechanical aptitude and a "can do" approach.
Able to work in a team oriented environment
Good time management skills




Must be prepared to undergo daily fit for work testing as part of our established Drug & Alcohol Policy
