About the Role
Based in our Canning Vale Communications Centre, you'll be the calm, professional voice linking patients, hospitals, and our road crews.
Every shift, you'll manage calls, enter bookings, and ensure smooth dispatch of patient transport.
It's a fast-paced, rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a team, enjoys clear processes, and is passionate about quality customer service in a healthcare setting.
What You'll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls from hospitals, healthcare staff and patients
Enter bookings accurately using Computer Aided Dispatch software
Interpret clinical terminology to assess transport requirements
Work closely with dispatchers and hospitals to ensure seamless coordination
Provide calm, professional communication under pressure
Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For
Proven health industry experience




Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using multiple systems and databases (we'll train you)
Ability to work part time across rotating weekday and weekend shifts
Desirable: knowledge of health terminology, dispatch and/or call centre experience
