Who Are We?
Croudace Constructs is a building company that specialise in renovation works based in Adelaide's Southern Suburbs.
What We're Looking for:
We're currently looking for a Site Supervisor who is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, quality control, and on-site management of residential renovation and extension projects.
This role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, to a premium standard, and in alignment with building compliance frameworks.
We welcome applications from experienced, qualified tradespeople who possess a strong practical background in building works.
If you have the hands-on expertise and the right leadership mindset, we will provide the training and mentorship required to fully transition you into this supervisory role.
Supported by a Project Coordinator your focus will be on trade coordination, quality management and safety whilst undertaking basic administration tasks and maintaining updates on site progress with the adaptability to be hands on when required.
Prior use and experience of construction software is desirable, but training will be given if required.

Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Coordination:
Supervise daily operations across multiple residential renovation sites.
Coordinate and schedule sub-contractors, trades, and material deliveries to ensure seamless project flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient site environment.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure all structural and finishing work meets our high-end company standards.
Enforce strict compliance with Australian Building Standards (e.g., timber framing, waterproofing, and services).
Manage on-site Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and maintain meticulous digital records and photos of project milestones.
Team Leadership & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients in office, managing expectations with professionalism and clear communication.
Lead and motivate sub-contractors and internal trades, resolving on-site issues or disputes practically and efficiently.
Report directly to the Operations Lead regarding project timelines, budget variances, and site progress.
Work Health & Safety (WHS):
Ensure all site personnel adhere to safe work practices and company WHS policies.
Conduct site inductions and toolboxes where required, ensuring safety documentation is up to date.
Key Selection Criteria:
Trade Background - A proven track record and trade qualification in residential building, carpentry, or a related renovation trade.
Deep practical knowledge of building sequences is essential.
Leadership Potential - Strong communication skills with the ability to direct sub-contractors, liaise with clients, and take ownership of a site.
Eye for Detail - A high standard of finish, particularly regarding premium residential internal fit-outs (kitchens, bathrooms, and cabinetry).
Tech Literacy - Ability to use digital project management tools for daily logs, photos, and scheduling.
Remuneration
An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant, based on qualifications, skills and experience with additional benefits of a maintained company vehicle, work phone and tablet.
Requirements
Current Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
Current Driver's Licence
Current White Card
Qualification in Joinery or Cabinetmaking
A great knowledge of the Industry
Fluent in computer applications and ability to learn new software
Strong and Clear written and verbal communication skills
Readily available to commit to the role
Committed to ensuring safety on site
Be Self-motivated to ensure the company succeeds
A current Builders Licence or Supervisors Registration is highly regarded (but support can be provided to obtain this for the right candidate).
