The Role - Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a CSR, you'll be the face of Bowser Bean.
Every smile, every coffee, and every interaction shapes our customers' day – and you'll play a key role in making Bowser Bean worth stopping for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Making great barista coffee
Preparing fresh, quality food products
Provide excellent customer service
Operate the cash register and handle transactions
Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
Supporting daily store operations as required
