What we are looking for Proven leadership experience, preferably within an events or conferencing environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to problem-solve and remain cool under pressureFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysCurrent QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
