Inspired Financial Advice is seeking aClient Services Officerto join our team in Townsville, QLD.
This is afull-time positionthat plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting the smooth operation of our financial advice business.
As Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally while maintaining the high standards of customer care that define our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Managing client communications via phone, email and in-person, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Scheduling and coordinating appointments between clients and financial advisers
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements
Preparing client files and gathering necessary documentation for adviser appointments
Processing client requests, including updates to account information and service requests
Supporting the team with general administrative duties including data entry, filing and record management
Following up with clients on action items and ensuring service delivery commitments are met
Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting colleagues as needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a client-facing administrative or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with database or CRM systems
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive client information
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle client information in accordance with privacy and compliance regulations
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
Reliable, punctual and committed to meeting deadlines
Desirable: Experience in financial services, financial planning or advisory roles
