About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will work closely with our veterinary team to oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
You will be responsible for leading our administration and nursing support teams, improving practice efficiencies, and helping to create an outstanding experience for both our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice.
* Lead, mentor and support our reception and nursing teams.
* Manage staff rostering and workflow.
* Assist with HR processes, recruitment and staff development.
* Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained.
* Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Manage inventory and supplier relationships.




* Work closely with the veterinary leadership team to achieve business and clinical goals.
* Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
About You
*Previous Practice Management experience is essential.

* Proven experience managing a busy veterinary or healthcare practice.
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A positive, proactive and qualified attitude.
* Confidence using practice management software and Microsoft Office.
