About the role
Accent Benchtops is seeking a dedicated and reliableOffice/Factory Cleanerto join our team on afull-time basis.
Based in Tweed Heads South, NSW, this role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe and professional environment across our office and factory facilities.
As an Office/Factory Cleaner, you will play a vital part in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing directly to a positive workplace for all staff and visitors.
What you'll be doing
Performing daily cleaning and tidying of office spaces, including desks, workstations, meeting rooms and common areas
Cleaning and maintaining factory floors, work surfaces and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Emptying and replacing waste bins throughout the office and factory areas
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming all designated areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment in good working order
Cleaning windows, doors, glass partitions and other surfaces as required
Sanitising and disinfecting high-touch areas and surfaces, particularly in communal spaces
Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards or damage to management promptly
Following all health and safety protocols and company cleaning procedures
Working flexibly to accommodate cleaning schedules outside standard business hours when necessary
What we're looking for
Previous experience in office or factory cleaning environments is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards




Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and safety procedures, or willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards team members and management
Valid driver's licence would be advantageous
