Bar Supervisor – Roebuck Bay Hotel Location: Broome, WA Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one of our licensed venues.
Reporting to the Approved Manager, you will lead a team of bar attendants, supervise service standards, manage stock and cash handling processes, ensure compliance with liquor licensing legislation and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations and lead a team of bar attendants.
Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with RSA requirements and company standards.
Train, mentor and support team members.
Manage beverage stock, stock transfers and wastage documentation.




Monitor bar equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Complete opening, closing and cleaning procedures.
Accurately operate POS systems, TYRO terminals and complete till reconciliations.
Assist with the setup, operation and pack down of functions and events.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
Promote a positive, professional and collaborative workplace culture.
About
You To be successful you will have: Minimum one year of supervisory experience within a licensed hospitality venue.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of RSA legislation and liquor licensing requirements.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling and stock control.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Food Handling Certificate.
TAB experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to obtain a positive VETASSESS Skills Assessment if required under the Kimberley Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA).
