DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced and drivenSite Operations Managerto lead and manage transport operations at one of our key customer sites inGepps Cross.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume transport operation, overseeing a dedicatedHC fleetand ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services.
About the Role:
As the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of on-site transport operations.
You'll lead a team of drivers and operational staff, ensuring service delivery excellence across all transport activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily transport operations for a dedicated HC fleet
Lead, coach, and develop a team of drivers and onsite staff
Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue management, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
Drive operational performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain robust stakeholder relationships with the onsite customer team
Oversee rostering, resource allocation, and workforce planning
Monitor KPIs and deliver on service level agreements

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in transport or logistics operations management
Strong knowledge of linehaul or distribution usingHC vehicles
Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team engagement and performance
Solid understanding of transport compliance, safety, and CoR legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
