About the role:Working closely within the day of operations this role will provide support to the Regional Operations Manager and the wider team.
This is a varied, and at times, challenging role where excellent communication and organizational skills will be required.
You will work alongside a fantastic leadership team to ensure the smooth running of our Coppabella depot.
About you:
You are a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.Working from our Coppabella depot each day, you will bring great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support the wider team wherever needed
Duties include but not limited to:
Day to day administration
Scheduling of meetings, note taking of meeting minutes as required
Document management including archiving and file management
SAP experience an advantage but not essential
Purchasing (creating orders, invoicing, goods receipting)
Credit card reconciliation and travel bookings
Leave Management
Team event organisation
Vehicle Management and co-ordination of maintenance activities
This is not a FIFO position.
