About the role/Job DescriptionAs a Community Registered Nurse you will;Work with our team in a hands-on client facing roleMedication assistance,
assessment and monitoringWound care and Wound ReportsIntake AssessmentsContinence assessmentsPEG changing and careSPC/IDC changing and care Care planning and report writingWorkplace support of client care team and new team members appropriate to role.Working within a team of Community RNs & Support Worker's supporting our clients receive high quality clinical nursing care within their homes.
Essential & Desirable CriteriaThe ideal applicant will have;AHPRA Registered NurseMinimum 2 year's experience as a Registered Nurse.Ability to maintain high standards of safe clinical care.Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.Australian unrestricted Driver's Licence.Criminal record check (or willingness to obtain same)Working with children check (or willingness to obtain same)Current first aid certificate.NDIS worker screen (or willingness to obtain same)Smart phone and internet access.2
