Key Responsibilities
Complete all repairs within agreed timeframes and escalate issues when required
Perform mobile phone, tablet, and laptop diagnostics and repairs
Utilize repair systems and follow company repair processes
Complete all quality control procedures accurately
Maintain detailed service reports and repair records
Conduct stock takes and inventory maintenance audits
Maintain workshop cleanliness and stock security
Assist with updating training materials and technical knowledge
Provide outstanding customer service and technical support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous experience in mobile phone or device repairs (essential)
Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience using technical hand tools and soldering equipment
Ability to read schematics and repair diagrams
Passion for technology and learning new devices
