About The Role
As the Retail Manager of Noosa Civic store, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of the store's daily operations.
You'll inspire a team of up to 12, drive commercial performance, coach and develop your people, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager, you'll create a positive store culture while maintaining high standards across customer service, merchandising, stock management and operational excellence.
