We are now seeking ahigh-performing Site Maintenance Electricianto join our Dudley Park operations and play a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, uptime, and production efficiency.
The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems across our manufacturing facility.
This is ahands-on, critical rolewhere downtime is not acceptable — you will be expected to take ownership and ensure equipment is operational before leaving site.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults across production equipment
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime
Install, upgrade, and commission electrical systems and equipment
Work with PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase OEE and production efficiency
Ensure all electrical work complies with Australian standards and site safety requirements
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Collaborate with operations, engineering,



and maintenance teams to drive performance outcomes
Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities
About You
Trade qualified Electrician (A Grade / Electrical Licence – SA)
Minimum5 years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Strong experience withPLC systems, automation, and fault finding
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player with the ability to work independently when required

Working Conditions
Full-time role (38 hours + additional hours as required)
