The Stage II Group is a National Clothing Wholesaler & Retailer, with well-known brands such as Elm, All About Eve, St Goliath, Silent Theory, Foxwood, Eve Sister, Jorge, St Goliath Boys and Animal Crackers.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional team member to join ourReturns Team.
This role is a permanent full time position.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer focused, and has exceptional attention to detail.
You will play a key role in ensuring returned products are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Examine all goods returned by customers and assess their condition.
Determine the appropriate next steps for each item, including re-bagging and returning stock to inventory or processing items as faulty.
Process customer credits across multiple systems, includingHarmony,AfterShip, andExcel.
Ensure saleable stock is accurately returned to the correct warehouse location.
Maintain accurate records of all processed returns and credits.
Liaise with the Customer Service team to resolve return-related queries and issues.
Assist with inventory management and stock accuracy.
Meet daily processing KPIs while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Contribute to a positive, fast-paced,



and collaborative team environment.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
Previous experience in a warehouse, eCommerce, returns, or inventory environment.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Good computer literacy and confidence working across multiple systems.
Experience usingAfterShipandHarmonysystems would be highly regarded.
IntermediateExcelskills and experience with data analysis will be advantageous.
