We help Australians achieve energy independence through practical solar and battery systems designed for real-world use.
We are looking for a secondInside Sales Representativeto join our team and help manage a growing volume of inbound enquiries.
This is not a cold-calling role.
Our customers come to us because they are looking for a solution.
They may be building a tiny home, setting up a rural property, powering a shed, upgrading a caravan or motorhome, or designing a complete off-grid power system.
Your role is to understand what they need, ask the right questions, recommend the right system, prepare quotes, follow up properly and close the sale.
You will be selling high-ticket off-grid power solutions, including LiFePO4 battery systems, solar panels, inverters, cabling and related components.
Key Responsibilities
Call and qualify new inbound leads
Conduct discovery calls with customers
Understand customer power requirements and usage
Help customers choose the right off-grid power system
Prepare accurate quotes
Follow up open leads consistently
Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM
Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
Attend daily morning stand-ups with the team
Communicate clearly with customers before, during and after the sale
Learn our products well enough to explain technical concepts simply
What We're Looking For
The right person will be confident on the phone, commercially minded and able to simplify technical information.
Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in phone sales, inbound sales, technical sales, trade sales, solar, batteries, caravans, construction, sheds, electrical, automotive or similar practical industries.
You do not need to be a solar expert, but you do need to be willing to learn.

What We Offer
Full time role based in Yatala, QLD
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
$65,000 base salary + super
Uncapped commission structure

Performance Expectations
Once fully trained, the monthly KPI for this role is to generate a minimum of$140,000 in revenue per month.
Strong performers who can consistently close 3–4 deals per week will do very well in this role.
