About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation clinic in North Wollongong, NSW, immediate start.
This is a part-time position with strong potential to transition to full-time as the clinic grows.
We are particularly interested in OTs with upper limb rehabilitation experience, though candidates with the right attitude and aptitude for neurological rehabilitation will also be considered.
A structured training and professional development program is in place to support your growth from day one.
Benefits:
$90,000 - $105,000 per annum + superannuation + annual bonus

After 12 months: $800 annual PD budget, PD leave day, and 36 dedicated CPD hours per yea
About You:
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
Background in or genuine interest in neurological rehabilitation




Upper limb rehabilitation experience (highly regarded)
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
Experience writing funding reports for NDIS, DVA or icare (advantageous)
Genuinely energised by client milestones and outcomes
Excited by emerging technology and the science of neuroplasticity
Communicates clearly with clients, families and other health professionals
Driven by a career that sustains and grows with them
