We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, and passionateFood & Beverage Supervisorto join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team.
As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, conference and events spaces, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while supporting the Food & Beverage leadership team.
About the Role
This is a full time position with a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team during service
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
Supervise restaurant, bar, breakfast and conference & event operations
Assist with staff training, coaching and performance development
Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements
Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management
Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial and operational targets
Open and close venue operations, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for food, wine and customer service
The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Experience in restaurants, bars and/or conference & events
A current Victorian RSA certificate
Availability to work a flexible rotating roster
