The Administrative Support Officer will work as part of a small team to answer member enquiries, monitor emails, assist in managing the union's membership system and financial processes, and provide support to the union's specialised officers.
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required, as is familiarity with ordinary office software like Microsoft Office, and Excel.
We are looking to hire either on a full time or permanent part-time basis.
